Quire advised Raptive, a leading creator economy and enterprise publishing platform backed by private equity firm Zelnick Media Capital, on growth across six new markets. We delivered market theses and structural competitive analysis, a prioritized M&A target list, and a decision framework ranging from incremental acquisitions to Prime Mover strategies, including consolidation plays and billion dollar transactions.
